The Sturgeon Bay School District Board of Education, representing the people of the District, recognizes its responsibility as the governing body that determines all questions of general policy to be employed in the operation of the public schools. The Board therefore sets procedures in the formulation of District Policy and Administrative Procedures.
The School Board's policies, bylaws, and administrative procedures are directives that are stored together in their printed form in the district office. The books maintained in the School Board office are the official record for this information.
Policies and regulations are of a dynamic nature and subject to change. Policies and regulations are continually updated during School Board meetings. Every attempt is made to keep current the following School Board policies and administrative procedures, with changes made in a timely fashion.
