On-site fitness classes will be held at Sunrise in the multipurpose room on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45-4:45. The setting is very casual and all are welcomed. Classes are held in the multi-purpose room, always begin with a warm-up, end with a cool-down and include dynamic workouts that suit all ability levels.
Session information:
Mondays: Yoga. 4:00-5:00 (room 33 at Sunrise).
Tuesdays: HiiTLates: A high/ow impact combination of aerobic intervals paired with pilates. Designed to get your heart rate up, improve flexibility, strength and range of motion- this is a good class for all fitness levels. Modifications are easily made.
Thursdays: Cardio: Easily modified for all fitness levels, good music, high adrenaline, great fun. Focus on whole body, dynamic movement for a well-rounded work-out.
