Door County Justice Center Program:
Individuals who are incarcerated at the Door County Justice Center are considered residents of the Southern Door School District for educational purposes. That district is therefore obligated to provide educational services to all juveniles and some young adults who reside at the Center. Education services are provided by district staff.
Program Goal:
To provide incarcerated juveniles and young adults with an education. Access to educational services allows these individuals opportunities to continue their study towards a high school diploma or equivalency diploma.
Access to Program:
Students working toward a high school diploma or under age 21 at beginning of the school year
Students ages 18 or older must request these educational services
